Rules of the service bonus program 

1. The rules are addressed to any user of the MINI mobile application, they are an official offer of the MINI service and contain all the conditions of the bonus program.

2. Terms and definitions used in the rules.

2.1. “Participant” means a user of the MINI mobile application.

2.2. “New Participant” means a user who has installed the MINI application for the first time, did not previously make any orders through the application (from the phone number linked to the app) and did not activate promo codes of the MINI service

2.3. “Promo Code” means a sequence of letters and numbers generated in the application and intended for individual use by the participants of the bonus program or for exchange among the participants of the bonus program. The promo code is the identifier of its sender and recipient, the bonus provided and participation in promotions of the MINI service. It can be used only in the country for which it is generated. To activate the promo code, you need to enter it in the appropriate field in the MINI application.

2.4. “Bonus Ruble” means a conventional unit calculated in Russian Rubles (1 bonus ruble is equal to 1 Russian (RF) ruble), which can be used as a discount of up to 30% to pay for orders at available rates. Bonus Ruble may not be exchanged for cash and have a limited period of use established by these rules.

2.5. “Personal Account” means an online account of a user of the MINI application generated by the MINI service, in which advance payments and amounts of money withheld (debited) from these payments are recorded as payment for orders at available rates.

3. Types of bonuses.

3.1. “First Bonus.” A new participant enters in the MINI application a promo code taken from the promotional materials of the MINI service. After successful activation of the promo code, the amount specified in the promotional material is credited to the account of the new participant and can be used to pay for orders at available rates within 30 days from the moment of crediting.

3.2. “New User Bonus”. A New Participant and/or a Participant, who has not made any orders from his/her phone number and has not activated promo codes of the MINI service within the period specified in the promotional materials, enters a promo code in the MINI application, taken from the promotional materials of the MINI service, if such an option is specified in the promotional materials. After successful activation of the promo code, the amount of bonus rubles specified in the promotional materials is credited to the account of the New Participant or the Participant that meets the criteria specified in this Clause, and can be used as a discount to pay for orders at available rates within 30 days from the moment of crediting. 

3.3. “Give and receive”. A participant generates a personal promo code in the MINI application and shares it with a new participant by any possible means. After activation of the promo code in the application installed on his/her mobile device, the new participant receives 100 Bonus Rubles. The participant receives 100 Bonus Rubles for each successful activation of his/her personal promo code by new participants, provided that new participants within 90 days have made minimum 3 paid orders at available rates, created through the MINI application. Bonus Rubles are credited to personal accounts of users and can be used to pay for orders at available rates within 30 days from the moment of crediting.

3.4. “Promotion of Promo Code.” A user of the MINI application receives a promo code for participation in a promotional offer of the MINI service. After activation of the promo code, the user becomes a participant of the promotional offer. Bonus rubles are not credited for the activation. The user of the MINI application will be additionally informed about the period and procedure for activation of the promo code, as well as about the conditions, procedure and period of the promotional offer.

3.5. “Prize Promo Code.” A user of the MINI application receives a promo code as a prize based on the results of participation in a promotional offer of the MINI service. After activation of the promo code, Bonus Rubles are credited to the personal account of the user and can be used to pay for orders at available rates. The amount of Bonus Rubles and the period of their use are determined by the conditions of the promotional offer.

3.6. “Gift Promo Code.” A user of the MINI application generates a promo code using the “Create a gift promo code” button and specifies its nominal value in Rubles bonus him-/herself. The amount of money in RF, equivalent to the amount of Bonus Rubles, is debited from the personal account or the linked bank card of the user. The user communicates his/her promo code by any possible means to a recipient, who can activate the promo code. After activation, the Bonus Rubles that make up the nominal value of the gift promo code are credited to the recipient’s personal account.
